How many items can I upload to my website?
Currently we allow our customers to upload as many items as needed. But if demand is too excessive, extra charge might be incurred. Zebra is able to support a great amount of data communication.

Is there a maximum picture size that I can upload?
You should limit your picture size to less than 20KB per picture. Otherwise, your customers with non-high speed Internet access will wait a long to time to download your page. That drives your customers away. We might limit picture upload size in our discretion.

Can I have my own email account?
Yes, we will set up email account upon your request. Number of available email accounts is depended on the package.

I use my yahoo email. Can I use my yahoo to retrieve and send email using my website email?
You can retrieve your website email by whatever email system you are using. We can set up your email account to forward all your email to your current email system. But for sending email, yahoo does not allow you to send as relay. So if you want to send out email through your domain name, i.e. me@yourdomain.com, then you have to use our web base ‘webmail’ system.

Can I using Outlook Express to access email?
Yes, you can set up your Outlook Express to receive and send email message. You can set up by following below steps. For example, your email account is me@yourdomain.com. ‘yourdomain.com’ is your company domain.
